The waitlist asks for a small amount of personal information. Here is exactly what is kept, what this site does not do, and how deletion works.

Who “we” are. “We” means Molto Labs — legally Molto, LLC.

What the waitlist keeps. When you join, the server writes one row with exactly four fields: name, email, sentBy (the “who sent you?” answer, or an empty value), and ts (an ISO timestamp taken when you sign up).

What else is recorded. After that row is written, the server writes a separate, timestamped audit event saying a signup was recorded. That event has a timestamp, a type, and a fixed reason; it carries no name, email, referrer, or IP address. Rejected attempts — a rate cap, a malformed address, the honeypot — write the same kind of event: a timestamp and the gate’s reason, nothing about you.

How your IP is used. The waitlist service uses your IP address for a per-IP rate cap. It is held in memory with attempt timestamps; it is not written to your waitlist row or the signup audit event.

What this site does not do. This site uses no trackers, analytics, telemetry, or cookies, and it loads no third-party assets.

How deletion works. Email support@moltolabs.ai. Today an operator manually deletes your waitlist row; there is no self-serve deletion.
